Shipping policy
Processing Time
Every order is packed by hand in small batches. Orders typically ship within 2-3 business days of purchase. If a specific candle is between batches, I'll let you know on the product page or by email.
Shipping Rates
- Orders under $48: flat rate of $5.95
- Orders of $48 or more: free shipping
- Orders containing only bookmarks and/or stickers, under $48: flat rate of $2.95 (ships by standard mail, no tracking, see below)
The free shipping threshold applies storewide, so you can mix and match candles, mugs, bookmarks, and stickers to reach it.
Carrier & Delivery Time
I ship with USPS to addresses in the United States, including Alaska and Puerto Rico. Within the continental U.S., tracked orders typically arrive 3-5 business days after shipping.
Paper Goods Orders (Standard Mail)
To keep shipping at $2.95, orders containing only bookmarks and/or stickers are sent as standard USPS mail and do not include a tracking number. You'll still receive an email when your order is mailed. Delivery times for these orders aren't guaranteed and can run longer than tracked orders. If your order hasn't arrived within 14 days of that email, contact me at thecalidanook@gmail.com and I'll look into it.
Order Tracking
For all other orders, your tracking number is included in your shipping confirmation email. If you haven't received it within 3 business days of ordering, please check your spam folder or email me at thecalidanook@gmail.com.
Damaged in Transit
If your package arrives visibly damaged, please take photos before opening it if possible and contact me at thecalidanook@gmail.com within 72 hours of delivery so I can make it right.
Address Accuracy
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. Once an order has shipped, I'm unable to redirect it, and I can't be responsible for orders sent to an incorrect address entered at checkout.
